Announcement of Acquisition of Shares in Jobs Co., Ltd. (Complete Subsidiary) Strengthening safety information management functions and expanding support in areas such as assisting clients with post-marketing operations and the establishment of management systems

Remedy & Company Corporation　(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Founder and CEO Masakuni Ukita and hereinafter “Remedy & Company”) announces that it has acquired all shares of Jobs Co., Ltd., a company specializing in pharmaceutical safety information management and medical / pharmaceutical translation services, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary as of February 28, 2025.

As a result, Ms. Oguchi, the CEO of Jobs, will join as an advisor to Remedy & Company, and Mr. Masayuki Suzuki, Deputy General Manager of Remedy & Company’s Domestic Business Division, will become the new President and Representative Director of Jobs Co., Ltd.

■Background & Purpose

At Remedy Group, the Safety Information Management Department of intellim Corporation, which has CRO functions, has primarily focused on services related to domestic clinical trials. With the integration of Jobs, a company specializing in safety information management for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, into our group, we aim to expand the range of services we offer to our clients. This will include not only safety information management services during clinical trials but also broader capabilities such as post-marketing surveillance and re-examination submissions.
In addition, this collaboration will enable us to provide support for the development of management systems related to safety information, not just the practical aspects. As a result, we will be able to offer services tailored to the specific needs of each client.
