A New Company for All Clinical Research including Specific Clinical Research (Announcement on the Establishment of Quantum Healthcare Corporation)

This is to inform you that having cultivated experiences as the largest CRO in Japan, intellim Holdings Corporation (President & CEO: Masakuni Ukita/Tokyo Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo) established a new company called “Quantum Healthcare Corporation”, on June 3^rd 2019, in which various clinical developments can be accepted including one-stop advanced medical treatment A and B.

Background of the Establishment

In recent years, the clinical research environment has drastically changed, new services and support are required in line with the revision of the enforcement regulations of the Clinical Trials Act and the Act to Ensure the Safety of Regenerative Medicine. In Quantum Healthcare Corporation, a lot of the knowledge and a network with medical institutions that intellim has as a CRO, they will be utilized in order to deal with such changes in the environment. On the basis of the Clinical Trial Act, the Act to Ensure the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, and ethical guidelines, etc., we will build a system that can be commissioned in full packages from research design planning to drafting support. We, as a whole group, will continue to make efforts to contribute to medical progress.
